Default I eat a lot

I eat a lot. Plain and simple. I'm 6'5" 190lbs. I would venture to guess my body fat % is between 15-18%, with most of , if not all of my fat in my stomach (beer).

Anyway, I'll give you a run down on what I've eaten today. I want to see what you guys think.

5:30am - Bowl of Basic 4 cereal + two pieces of whole weat bread with two tbsp of chunky PB

8:00am - 12oz cherry pomegranate juice + one chocolate chip cookie

10am - 1.5 handfuls of almonds

12pm - Turkey sandwich with one slice of Kraft single cheese + a handful of fat free Lays + 12oz raspberry white tea

5pm - two grille chicken breasts + 6 tbsp cottage cheese

8pm - two slices of PB toast approx two tbsp PB

11pm - handfull of spinach + 1.5 tbsp bleu cheese vinagrette

I've probably drank 32oz of water today as well.

No not trying to lose weight at all. I'm trying to lean up a bit and knock a few pounds of fat off my stomach.

Perhaps it's not a lot, but in comparison to my roommate, it's certainly a lot.

there is a difference between trying to become lean, and losing weight. your sarcasm backfired on you.

His OP is just a bunch of statements about his diet. He didn't ask any questions or explain what his goals are. So I'm wondering if he's trying to lose weight (fat), if he's trying to add muscle (bulk), or if he's trying to both lose fat and gain muscle (because he's a fatty like me and can do that). I'm still not sure what his purpose was for creating the thread, and it's not that I don't think it should have been made or anything. It's just vague.
