Doesn't sound right at all.

Besides, I think that PS would be on the phone with you at this point.

Does sound like some weird phishing thing. Don't send it. Period.

Maybe send another e-mail to PokerStars. Don't mention the original concern but ask under what circumstances would a PS rep request such information. - Might be interesting to see what happens.

Read closely -- they want to see the transaction details. Simply reply with those specific details rather than the overkill info and call it a night... (although you should feel no obligation to do so -- you've already done your good deed)

That's why it's weird- I specifically provided all of that information with my original e-mail. I imagine what happened is a new rep took over, and didn't thoroughly read the previous e-mail thread.
