Re: visas
Lots of visas are provided at the border, some you have to go to the countries embassy and apply for one. Very few European visa's are hard to get (Romania comes to mind on one that's not super easy).
Easy stuff. |

Do I need Visas for any of these places: England, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Netherlands? [/ QUOTE ] Assuming you are America, no visa needed. However, there is a limit to how long you can spend in one area. All of the countries you listed other than England are part of the Schengen Zone, in which you can only spend 3 months of any 6 month period (so crossing a border and coming right back doesn't reset the timer). That's 3 months in the whole zone, not each individual country. England and Ireland have their own rules and are not part of the Schengen Zone. Same goes true for everything East of Germany/Austria. |

Re: visas
If you're American, Russia is the only European country that won't grant you a Visa or a Visa waiver on entry.

Re: visas
And Belarus... it's the same (rediculous) system they have in Russia.
