if you table select it isn't too much different. But in off peak hours the games tend to suck as a lot of really good regs and grinders are filling most of the seats.

I play a mix of about 60% 10/20 and 8/16, and about 40% 5/10. Usually play higher, but if the games suck I play lower.

Depends on site obv.

Its been a while since I played AP and FT. But the difference seemed bigger at FT than at AP. At AP its pretty much the same regs. At FT the player pool is a little bit bigger.

In general tho I would say that there is quite the jump in laggyness between 5/10 and 10/20. At 10/20 you really dont see a lot of 23/18 guys and it seems that the rake is now sufficiently small for the 50/30 guys to survive (longer). You have to adjust your game IMO. See more SD's, valuebet thinner and fold less preflop.

I hate discussing stats because I know that ideal stats dont exist, but I'm 30/22 right now. You mean play closer to 35/25?

if so I'd say that should do it.

I dont know what is optimal in those games. (FT and AP) But I doubt its 22/18 5-6 handed

I think # of players has an effect on that, and I play mostly 2-4 handed,
