Default Another flopped set. Turn push?

villain here is 20/6.6/2 over a meaningless 30 hands. i figured he might have A10, but could easily also be trying for a free card, have KQ, or something else. i also knew we would eventually go pot-pot anyway, so i figured i'd just push it in here in case i was ahead. thoughts?

99% of the time you're ahead here. Good POOOSH.

No regrets on a hand like this.

thanks for the replies everyone. i have a side question. i'm now down 6 buy-ins over my last 1500 hands and it's been absolutely brutal. i've lost my stack with about 80% of the sets i've hit. is that kind of variance acceptable for a winning player?

The stats are totally meaningless so far.

Just last night I was playing against someone who looked like a rock. After 75 hands his stats were 10/1. Rock, right?

So then a hand comes up, he raises PF UTG there's calls & action & stuff. He ends up calling down & getting his JTs top pair beat by something stupid. He then started playing more hands in a similar way.

Moral? He was a donk who got no cards for 75 hands.

that's variance....i've lost 6 buyins in less than 1500 hands before, although it shouldn't be a regular occurrence.

Me too.

Quit yer bitchin & get back to work.

(Of course, I suck at poker, so maybe you should re-evaluate the turn.)
