This is a good example of why you didn't bet enough on the flop.

my c-bets are consistently ~75% of the flop

I disagree. IMO the size of the flop bet was a major error. the 2/3 PSB on the flop gave weak draws better implied odds to come along. Flop bets need to be bigger. You can make turn bets smaller when your equity goes up.

Off the top of my head I don't think it's possible for hero to flop TP Jacks and there to not be any draws on board. If there were only a gutshot I still don't like it. It's probably not terrible, but I'd still go full pot.

I very rarely find a situation where a bet less than full pot is right.

In this particular situation with this type of villian I agree.

However, in general I disagree with this, by making bigger flop bets you lose value when you are ahead and you certainly lose a lot more when someone out flops you. And worst of all, most of the time when I am betting on the flop it is a continuation bet and I don't have much of anything, so it certainly costs you more there.
