What does a failing dollar mean to me?

I really have no clue what I should be doing to combat the failing dollar, as I don't really even know what affect it will have on me/my investments. About 60% of my net worth is sitting in a money market getting ~4.33% interest, and the rest is in some random US stocks. Should I be worried or doing anything?
