Default 25 nl bluffing 101

atm i'm experimenting a bit with bluffing

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 8 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG+1: $25.80
MP1: $3.70
MP2: $7.50
CO: $20.05
Hero (BTN): $25.25
SB: $34.85
BB: $25
UTG: $17.10

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 calls $0.25, <font color="red">CO raises to $0.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.50</font>, 4 folds, CO calls $2

Flop: ($5.85) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4</font>, CO calls $4

Turn: ($13.85) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO checks, Hero checks

River: ($13.85) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $2</font>

good spot to raise/shove?
i'd put him on a weak ace, maybe a pair in the tt-kk range

edit: converter switched last card to diamond, was a heart

You're gonna need a read on the villain that he can FOLD a hand in that range given that board. I'm pretty sure villain wouldn't reraise with a weak ace, then play this passive postflop. It looks more like KK, JJ, 99. (But I could be off) I wouldn't do this without a read that he can fold here.
