BB announces he's allin no matter what

deep in the 3+R on stars, blinds are 2k/4k. BB has around 60k. I am the SB, having around 33k. BB announces before the hand that he has to go to work and will move in no matter what. Folds around to me, i have 89o and would normally push.

2 questions: Is this an angle shot or acceptable behaviour?
Do i push anyway? No reads on opponent, other than he's pretty tight.

I don't think this is an angle shoot....it happens all the time. This deep though....?

I think this is a definetly the best line by far, people do some stupid [censored] online and I have seen people say this and stick around for another 1hr till they were eliminated.

I have around 8 BB left. Can I really afford to fold my two best shoving spots just to see if this guy is serious? I get no infromation this hand and have to fold my button next hand too, if i follow your advice.

I decided not to let his talking influence my decision and shoved, he instafolded.

it doesn't matter, as you get the proper odds to push

i turn of the chat most of the time cause it influences my game (and you can forget any tells you get there).

Assuming he's telling the truth about going/calling AI 100% of the time...

You have 48% equity against a "random hand." There is 9600 in the pot preflop (stars has a 400 ante at these blinds.)
This is a race with a huge overlay. Easy shove...even w/out any FE.

It would appear then he is shooting an angle and I believe that it should be reported. I think this kind of thing is unethical and a lot of shooting should result in a bar from the site. I have no idea if this happens or if reporting it matters but I would do it anyway. Levaa is probably right about turning off the chat.
