Default live 2-5 general strat question

effective stacks:
utg 500
utg +1 700
hero on button has like 620.

utg seems pretty abc and pretty tight.
utg +1 seems like he is decent but may be a bit of a calling station.
id say my image is pretty aggessive, but might be a little tilty since i just had my 88 lose to j10 on a j85 flop. turn j river 5.

utg makes it 25, utg +1 calls, i call on button with 99.

flop (82) 9 3 3 r
utg bets 50, utg +1 calls fast, i call.

now im pretty sure utg has an overpair to the board. and i also think that utg +1 has a hand that he likes. should i raise the flop to almost guarentee felting utg or should i take the chance of killing action by trying to stack utg +1 too?

turn (232) 9 3 3 2
utg bets 100, utg thinks and calls. i think for a little bit and call too.

i thought about raising here but i think that looks really strong. the fact that im in position makes it harder for utg +1 and i want him to call the push from utg on the river.

river (532) 9 3 3 2 10
utg goes all in for 325, utg +1 calls 325, i go all in for another 120. utg +1 calls and i scoop a huge pot.

the river is obv no brainer but i was curious about thoughts on preflop, flop, and turn for which plays are the most +ev.

just call down, its live, he OBV has overpair and will just stackoff into you, the fact that its a rainbow 33x board is like teh nuts board for him, i would just play this very passively unless checked to me
