Hero checks, Button checks.

River: (4.16 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 4.16 BB

planned to check/fold the river. Better to bet out and fold to a raise?

well you say he's decent but he butchered this hand pretty good somewhere.

I wouldn't always reraise preflop. his flop peel/turn check tells me I can safely bet fold, just for the chance he'll call with an underpair -- the fact that he called that flop makes me think he will.

I would continue leading out on the turn. You've shown strength so far, and he might fold an underpair. I wouldn't give a free card, and showing weakness allows him to correctly bluff the river.

That's not a choice river card, but I'd probably c/c river as played...
