Willis is capable of some pretty good acting. Just take a look at some of his lesser known roles in serious pictures, he's got the chops.

The other thing he's willing to do is let himself look terrible in a role, in that he actually gets beat up. No Brubaker for him, he'll do what it takes to look right for the part.

He's over 30, but who cares, Arnold and Stallone were both over 30 when they hit it big.

So I'll nominate The Rock. Anyone who's seen him wrestle will tell you that he has incredible charisma. But his roles have all been characters that don't exhibit any charisma. His character in Standing Tall was particularly bland. His role in Be Cool was better in that he did show charisma, but he was just a supporting role there.

He has the look, the body, and the personality to be The Action Star of the 2010s.
