Who Is The Next Big...

Who will be the next big action star (ala Schwarzenegger)? Who will be the next big comedy star (ala Jim Carrey)? Who will be the next big dramatic actor (ala Robert Deniro)? Please keep nominees under the age of 30; early 20's or younger preferable. For example, suggesting Edward Norton as the next big dramatic actor is unacceptable.

Action Star?

I thought it'd be Thomas Jane after his turns in the fabulous 'Deep Blue Sea' and not so great 'Punisher', but it looks like The Punisher put an end to that. Not sure who else could do it. Maybe Ben Affleck?


Comedy Star?

I've heard good thinkg about Sarah Silverman, but never seen her. Could she transition to film, do people think?


Dramatic Actor?
Was going to say Arien Brody, but he's over 30. I can't think of any really striking performances by a younger actor in the last year.

This guy was good in Traffic and In Good Company. He has a lot of potential and I think he's going to be a great dramatic actor.

Sarah Silverman could definitely transition to film (if she hasn't already) but she is much edgier and offensive than Jim Carrey. I think it's a good nomination except for the age thing.

I suppose a case could be made that Cohen already is the next BIG star in comedy, but i think another film or two with big grosses is needed.

I'd say your 2nd two are pretty much already there in a sense...though Will Ferrell has def become the big thing in comedy. I get the feeling Sacha's film career won't be a long one.
