I think mean-spirited insults should generally be reserved for people who bring it about themselves.

I don't really think gobbo has brought this upon himself, and he might be more sensitive about his weight than someone like Dids is, who happens to be arguing otherwise and seems to be very secure with himself.

I'm not really trying to argue that it's an ok post, just that it's funny.

There's a part of me that does say "you bring it upon yourself by being fat in public" and that part is like 65% just me being mean and 45% me wanting the kid to help himself.
