Default am i completely stupid to think about folding here?

Here my thoughts on that hand.
I usually dont fold ak if i 3 bet and hit (unless im deep). But in this special situation i thought about it for a while.
UTG is some random lag 44/25/3
Bluffa is a guy who funnyly bluffs a lot 33/26/3

I wouldn't have thought about folding if the second ace didn't hit on the turn since they could both easyly have a weaker ace. But when the ace hit at least one of them called the flop without the ace. I dont think that they call with something like k9 here although my flop bet seems a little weak. The board is as dry as it can be, so one of them has probably hit a set. Only chance for me to be ahead is if utg has kk or qq, and bluffa has a weaker ace. Against a set i only have 7 outs getting about 2.2 : 1 on that call.

I like your analysis, but I just wouldn't/couldn't lay that down. IMO, you're ahead of far too many hands here to muck. But then again, the reason that you make reads is to help you play the hand. If you read one of them for a set, lay it down. I couldn't though. Far too many hands you're ahead of.

it would take a lot more than a shallow (normal) sized stack and a bad feeling for me to fold here.

If UTG pushed and MP calls, you can safely fold.

This could be T9s, 54s, etc. on the flop or even KK by UTG. It's close, but you have to call.

a)You have to raise more preflop.I'd make it 70 at least.
You are OOP, and have 1 caller of a raise already.

b)As played, i also follow your analysis and don't instacall this, but i still call.First of all, UTG can really have anything here, from JJ to AQ - 44/25 are crazy numbers. And Bluffa can especially have anything - you both checked the turn when that second A hit and he might think neither of you have an A, so it's a perfectly good spot to bluff. He might also believe his weak A is the nutzzz now.
I wouldn't be suprised if one of them does have a set, but i think you are good here more than enough % of the time to make that call. It's true they both called the flop, so the have a piece of it for sure, but if that A did you more damage than helped, it's pretty much a cooler ,esp with their wild stats.

I would certainly fold AJ here though and in a lot of cases - AQ.

instacall. if both were solid players then we have more thinking to do, but the 44/25 can have anything.
