2nd monitor a little off

I have 2 Samsung Sync Master 204B 20" monitors. On the 2nd monitor the last inch on the right side of the screen is black. Any thoughts on how to get rid of the black and make the full screen be in use? This is a new 2nd monitor, brand new out of the box and has just been hooked up.

What I have found is that if the resolution is set at
1600 x1200 it fills the screen. If it is at 1024 x 768 thats when the black strip comes up.
