Default Should I give up on the turn with my top pair?

Villian is 28/28 after 75 hands. Is he trapping most of the time on the flop, or is he a donk with a flush draw or lower kicker than me? Was the 3 bet on the flop bad? Help!

Given his stats, I think we can rule out AK here - if he's raising 28% of all hands, he's definitely 3-betting AK.

Given the size of the pot and his remaining stack (< 1PSB), is there really any option other than shoving? Checking just lets him take a free card if he has a flush draw and then fold if he misses the river.

Gotta push, because of the draws he can have.
