How do I get my Epassporte Virtual Visa to work?

I have a virtual visa number (online purchases only). I have the number and the expiration date but they don't provide the CRV number. Everytime I try to make an online purchase it gets declined.

Of course, I can't get in touch with the bastards to let me know how to make it work.

Anybody know the trick?
