Here in LA (at least what I have come across) where is there is the ever advancing button. The Button moves to the BB who posts a SB and the next two post BBs. (unless you go to the cardroom I work at which has what I call "blinds for dummies"... that is there is always one small and one big regardless of if they have paid both... that is the button would move to the old BB and the next two would post a SB and BB respectively).

I have seen in it in LA, but I don't think they do that anymore there. BTW this used to be standard in NL and PL.
