How the [censored] do i return this blockbuster dvd?

just received 3 dvd's from my queue and the packaging of one off them has been almost completely ripped apart. USPS put some clear bag around it entitled "We Care" with a stupid form letter to preserve it for delivery. problem is, there's no way for me to return it in its original envelope. i don't want to pay for postage by putting it in an envelope of my own. should i just take it back to one of their stores and see what they can do?

Take it back to a store and exchange it for another movie when you are done with it.

I think you can also just stick it in with another dvd when you send it back and let them know.

On every NetFlix envelope is the message, "Lose an envelope? Just return two movies in one envelope!"

Just return 2 in same envelope or take it the store and I am sure they can help you

Besides returning it to the store, you can also report a lost/damaged envelope by clicking on the 'Report Problem' link next to the movie in your online queue.
