Default PS 30+3, river decision in limped pot on the bubble.

Villain is a pretty weak and seems to have a hard-on for me. 5 or so orbits ago I called 97s in the BB from his raise and flopped a straight. Ever since he has called EVERY PF raise I've made, and even called down middle pair when I had TPTK and bet the whole way.

I'd bet more on the flop and if he calls push the turn.
