Browsing the MLS I was blown away, some of them are really really nice.

In SF you can buy a pretty decent (small) condo. I guess the semi different thing is there are all these split houses.

For $500k you get one floor of this house : (there are 3 floors)

Looks pretty sweet(although it may be the camera angles) except for the fact that the bathroom has no walls.

I'm trying to piece together how that whole apartment looks but I can't figure it out. The pictures are deceiving.

as far as i can tell, the apartment pictured is a study, although it would probably classified as an alcove studio.

My parents just got a new place here in Halifax for like $535k and it's so funny how inflated the home prices are here. In the only nice place in the city even the shittiest homes are $450k+.
