Default My back!

Ok, so I was doing dead-lifts for the first time in a long time. I was going heavy in order to get a feel for what I could do. I let my form slip a little and bent my back too much cause I hate lowering the bar around my knees (no big deal, just kinda bugs me).

Anyways, no problem at the time. The next day just felt like I had a good workout and a good kind of sore muscle.

Now it's 2 weeks later and I've got more of an annoying pain and it doesn't seem to be getting better. It's around the top of my hips and the base of my spine. I feel it when I try and touch my toes, etc...

Any advice? (It's not a pinched nerve or anything and I've tried simple stretches so far without any improvement.)

I've experienced similar before...And because It wasn't a huge pain-I semi-ignored it. It went away after two or so weeks...
