Requested $500 on 1/17, nothing yet. Contacted Stars, was told I should receive in 15 business days. Well, that would be today.

Requested $500 on 1/22. Haven't received it yet. Stars says they issued the check on 1/23. 15 business days won't be up until next week.
Requested $300 on 1/29. Got that yesterday. Deposited it in the bank and they made the funds immediately available. Hope that will be standard practice and wasn't just a screw-up by the teller.
