OP,

Stop playing 4/180s and play 10/180s until you get to over 2K. Don't start playing 20s regularly until you get over 2K, but you may take a shot at a 20 every now and then for sure. You should not be playing 25 NL. Definately play 50NL, and when you get to 2K, move up to 100NL.

I would advise to not go to crazy moving up. I mean, you can afford 10/180s and 50NL and some 20s here and there. But, don't go too crazy. Make sure that you feel comfortable when moving up. If you ever get out of your comfort zone, go back down. There is no rule that you have to move up if you don't feel totally comfortable for whatever reason. And, there is no reason to rush these things. It can be easy to lose a lot of it back if you do. So, my advice is to proceed within your comfort level.
