I'd make it around 7 on the turn. Your bet is absolutely too small. As played I would bet river for value.

Put UTG AI on turn. Your bet was tiny and you're not planning getting away from a push on the turn so just get his money in then.

I agree with the above poster. UTG is short stacked. Even if you bet 5 and he pushes, you are not folding. Put him AI and be done with it.

I would bet the turn harder for value. I would bet the river too in this spot. Given his stack size, I would think about some way to get his stack. I think that $3 on the flop, shove turn is best.
