the law firm made a formal request. according to them we shall soon see posted a retraction and apology from Pokerstars.

For now, we aren't willing to take any risk by leaving the thread in place.

I HIGHLY doubt this gets turned around, I say that with serious conviction. That being said, I moved a Void thread here from MTT.

From what Mat has said it sounds like Void has a lawyer and plans to fight the PS decision. Their first action is trying to control or negate the coverage out there. This has no relation as to whether or not they actually have a case that will hold up.
