poker tracker not working on FTP

i'm sure this ? has been covered somewhere, altho i can't find one...as a noob here, my ? is this...

ok, so i open up PT and start the imports, then i open up either a tourny table or a cash table and wait to select the option to fill the table with the data from my present table...at which point, the stats/names do not automatically fill in...i have to manually type the names in. this is fine, except that i have to do this everytime i am moved in a tourny...any suggestions, i am sure i have downloaded the latest patch for PT dealing with the negative numbers, and i have also looked for answers on the PT forum, just with no luck at all....please help...

oh and also, i have no tourny summaries whatsoever in my database from FTP, therefore i have no real data for my tourny play, any suggestions there?

thanks to all of you that helped...couldn't have fixed it without you...the folks over at the poker tracker forum were of no help whatsoever, it was like i was speaking or typing in gujarati...anyhow...thanks all of you

well bullets, i was being very sarcastic when i typed the above reply, no one here helped me with my problem. however, cujo did link to the answer that i received at poker tracker...thx cujo

I sure hope your sarcasm was also being used in your comment about the PT forum, because PT Pat didn't appreciate the comment. If you wanted to flame the regular posters on Software who did not answer your question, despite the fact that they might not have known the answer, fine, but you don't have to bring a different forum into it.

Also, it should be noted, that sometimes going directly to the programs help forum can get some answers faster as it will be read by people with a deeper understanding.
