Preflop and flop look fine to me.
I'm probably checking turn, unless villain calls flop bets with just overcards. If you are betting turn, it needs to be a bigger bet, half pot looks weak.
I'm folding river, you beat very little, but reads help here. If he plays this way with A5 or 66, look for clearer spots to get his chips.

I might check behind on the turn and call a reasonable river bet.

I don't see how you're winning this on the end. I'm a callingstationdonkeyfish and make the call too (citing the size of the pot), but call-call-shove by villain looks like QQ+ played to trap.

I agree, check behind turn and fold to a 3/4 - pot sized bet on river

You were probably behind on the flop, by the river bet, you should know it. This is TT or so.
