1.) I call vs. any decent player. I fold if B is an uber donkey and A is a good player (So I can continue punishing him, assuming he will play tighter with 3 players still left in the tourney)

2.) Again it greatly matters for me what the Skill of the other players is. Given the fact that I have a hard time determining out of my head what is the best play, I think it doesnt really matter. An EV calculation will prolly say something like "call if he pushes >60%". A good player will certainly push 100%. But a bad player might only do this with K5o+.

So without knowing ANYTHING about our opponents.. Id say 1.) is a definite call and 2.) is a decent call aswell. Just from a (limited) ICM point of view.
