10nl 6max: AJ on 8J4 flop against opponent I\'ve been pushing around
$0.10 BB (5 handed)
UTG ($12.15) MP ($15.90) Hero ($23.80) SB ($1.40) BB ($12.05) Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, MP calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.5, 2 folds, MP calls $0.40. Flop: ($1.15) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) MP checks, Hero bets $0.90, MP raises to $3, Hero ? I had raised him when he limped and continuation bet when called / beaten him out of a lot of pots, so I really felt he was playing back at me/not very strong here. My question is should I raise or call (based on my read, folding is absolutely not an option)? A draw is obviously likely on this board but again, read was that he could have air too. Do you like raising or calling here? Do I have to go broke no matter what hits on the turn if I decide to call (I assume so, what if it's the worst possible card which I guess would be the Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img])? |
