Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
Haven't looked through the satellite options for this one yet because I'm at work. Any suggestions or advice for getting into the action this Sunday?

Re: Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
There will be a "100 seats guaranteed" satellite on saturday. These are commonly thought of as the best option. It will be a $260+20 affair, 1 in 10 get tickets, if there's no overlay.

Re: Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
I paid $11 for a double shoot-out turbo, 36 player and won seat in the satellite for the 100 seats (playing Sat)
It was pretty easy. Good Luck! |

Re: Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
I played a $54 double shootout today. My first table was pretty easy but the second table was much much tougher.
Not a bad way to go though. Besides the 100 seat guarentee I would recomend getting up early on Sunday and playing the satelites to it as there are usually a ton of bad players trying to qualify last minute. |

I've already spent over $2600 with no seat. LAME.

[/ QUOTE ] yeah, but i won the one that we started at the same table at. wow, that's horrid grammar. my first 5 or 6 (i lost count) i didn't make it through the first table. then i won both tables on my next shot. the key: having AQ hold over KT and 44 hold over KJ. |

Re: Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
I think the $66r turbo satellite is pretty sweet, they seem to be awarding 5-6 seats. And the 100 seat guaranteed satellite is a must. The double shootouts are a no-no for me.

Re: Qualifying for $2500 WCOOP main event
I qualified through the $27r tournament, it was a pretty nice setup - 90ish players to start ended up playing for 2 seats. I tried a couple of the double shootouts but I dont think they're a very profitable way to go. The more seats given out the better value for a good player imo.
