Apathy style theory question - raise or fold to donkbet?

I've got a couple ideas in mind for this. This one might be low-hanging fruit...

You were the preflop aggressor & you have position. An UTG player who limp-called preflop now leads the flop for about 1/2 PSB. You are HU. You have a choice, you can do one of the following every time:

a) Make a pot-sized raise.
b) Fold.

Whatever you choose, you have to do that every time, regardless of the board, stacks, or anything else.

Assuming we can do something different if we make a hand...

vs a donk, raise
