Default General question: AA on T J Q flop

I chose to raise from the co with AA and just call the 3-bet from bb

flop comes T J Q (2flush) and it is checked to me.

what´s the best play? (100BB deep, what to do when turn is a blank?)
only note i have for villain is that he doesn´t 3-bet that light

320,760 games 0.078 secs 4,112,307 games/sec

Board: Td Jd Qh
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 56.438% 52.31% 04.13% 167775 13257.00 { AA }
Hand 1: 43.562% 39.43% 04.13% 126471 13257.00 { 99+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo }

if we take out 99, KQ and AJ it flips the other way round.

in short a pretty horrible spot against his range.

check behind and proceed with caution
