Default Calling standards in first two rounds preflop all in vs maniac?

Say a big field $20 or less buy in first two levels you get the one donk who's move is all in preflop to win 30 chips. Am I correct if I call after they have made this move 2-3 times first couple orbits with pairs tens and higher and AK? My thinking a big tournament may as well double up now he could have anything or just start another tourn.

Yeah, sounds good TT+AKo+ vs maniacs. If they push like 4 or 5 times in the first level I would add 88,99,AQs/o also.

Depends how maniacal...TT+,AK can hardly ever be bad calls but you can call a lot wider against some especially when most of the table have folded
