it's ok dan(todd). This is what the poker community needs. The KGC doesn't exist, so we need people to look into these issues.

EDIT: doesnt matter if you were wrong. Ask the questions.

Ok....just actually read the thread in full.

Few points
-I dont buy the AP statements that have been released
-I def think there is more to it than they are admiting(just personal opinion/gut feeling...nothing to back this up)
-Its hard to believe that this just all randomly started in the middle of Aug...BUT the evidence DOES point to that being the truth

Looking at my database now it turns out I only have a few hundred hands with him, all over the past couple of weeks, all at 25/50 Omaha 8.

From that it would be imposibble to convince me that he was cheating.

I have NO recollection of playing LHE with him although I prob did a small bit.

Heres a few hands that make me believe he cant see my cards. Theres many more. I cant get a [censored] convertor to work(ive tried two) so youll have to settle for raw HH's

yeah, only read the first hand (hate reading HH's), but you're right, he can't see your cards.

If i were corrupt and in charge of a corrupt company and we discovered there were other cheater accounts involved that weren't being named, I'd probably start having those unknown cheater accounts playing legitimately against people who are likely to be well-known and/or respected.

good point, and it's why any investigation would be complicated. Look guys, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I believe JFK was killed by Oswald, and 9/11 wasn't an inside job. That said, Schneids makes a good point. We really need more information (time lines, etc.), but I'm inclined to believe posters who have gone out of their way to criticize AP. It's still a valid concern Schneids, and a worthy counter.

ive played with this guy at 5/10 and 10/20 Omaha Hi/Lo. I remember making a note thinking he was bad. He's up like 200 dollars in 127 hands.

filter it to just Aug or before the scandal. For sure if they don't want people to track these guys down they'd have them playing with the hole cards. The stats post scandal don't mean anything
