Default Folding when an overcard comes

This is a huge leak in my game.

Lets say I'm in position and raise 3x the BB while holding JT. Flop comes 44T. I cbet 3/4 the pot and am called. On the turn comes a K. He checks, I bet 2/3 the pot. He check raises all in. I call and he shows K2. Now I'm left with ~900 in chips and tilted =(

If he crai then you fold :P

Another way is to check and see what he does on the river. If not another overcard comes and he bet smallish i just call.

Potcontrol, small and smallpots big hand big pots

I always check the turn in these spots unless they are so bad that they will call down with A high. Your kicker doesn't even play so even if they had a worse hand they are now splitting. Even if they are an A high station you usually get more value by inducing or betting the river after checking turn as it looks like a bluff.
Of course this guy called with K2 looking to spike a K so he might fit that description as a big station.
