I'd actually rate it around an 7-8. I think we have super sexy FE here against a light 3 better, and think we have reasonable equity if called.

Flop is ok IMO, though I prefer raising like 3.5x his raise if we are raising here to commit ourselves simply because that is what we would do with real hands here. I dont like pf, but if you are going to call pf, it can't be simply for set value and this seems like a good spot for a bluff.

If you've got good reason to be building a lag image then maybe this is okay, in a vacuum this is a bit tilty especially preflop, although I expect the push worked that time.
