Straight Flush Draws in Loose NL Games

I've picked up the game recently and have been playing at a local casino not too far from where I live. I play 3/6 NL hold'em, and thankfully, most of the players there are absolutely horrible, the games being almost invariably loose-passive. Since these players are usually clueless, I don't need to add a lot of deception to my game. I also know that in these types of games, hands that have strong straight and flush potential are usually good to play.

Every once in a while, you can get really lucky and flop a straight flush draw, which I know is usually the favorite at that point. My question is how best to play this.

Should I be jamming the pot on the flop? Should I keep jamming if I hit/miss the turn? Should I wait until I make a hand and then start jamming? If there are a lot of players (say 7 or 8), should I be worried about being up against suited aces and kings or even queens and jacks (same suit as mine, obviously)?

I made a straight flush in a casino in austria playing 1/2€ No limit. he checked the turn, i told the dealer to give me a 7c, he did so, i was happy and ordered the champaign.. Villain laughed, told me i was bluffing and went all-in with about 100€. LOL.
If it is open-ended and not too expensive, i will always try to make one. (The board will always look so suspicious that he will only call with a strong hand anyway)
