can't you copy/paste the hand from pokertracker into a hand history converter such as http://www.legopoker.com/hh/? It'll have to be the pokertracker hand history, though, the raw ones like you posted won't convert.

Just easier for us to follow the hand.

It won't convert since they updated their software. I've tried my best to make it clearer.

Pot the flop and bet strong on the turn. The board is heavily coordinated and you don't want your opponent to improve, and want to face the smallest bet possible on the river (which you will have to call because you are committed).

I bet 3/4 on the flop and $25 into 30.50 on the turn. I was tempted to bet pot on the turn but figured $25 would allow me to fold to a turn shove.
