Shove over him on the river all day long. You're going to get paid off by a 5 or flush often enough IMO. A 9 I would just take as a 'meh, cant help it' but I don't think he has that, unless it's like A9 calling your PF raise. You're going to get paid off by a flush here often enough, and maybe even get him to fold if he's trying to stab the pot and pick up a decent pot anyway.
