I wasn't even going to look at this thread anymore. That recipe is awesome. You know Hyde, that recipe is very similar to mousse? If you can do your recipe correctly, then mousse should not be much harder.

the key to a knock-out holiday egg-nog is using HALF of your licqour of choice. No "spalshes." Half Cognac/half egg-nog.
