Fun w/ A4s
Nothing fun from my Bellagio session tonight, so here's one from my recent Commerce trip.
Commerce 40-80, 9 handed. Pretty much everyone of interest in this hand is aggressive, too loose, and bad. Hijack specifically has no ability to judge his hand's value after the flop. Preflop: UTG limps, EP limps, MP limps, hijack limps, The Dude limps in the CO w/ A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Button folds, SB raises, BB calls, we all call. Flop: (14 SBs) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB checks, BB bets, UTG calls, MP raises, hijack 3-bets. The Dude...?

ZOMG, I lolled
we have a bdf out, we have a gutshot and we have an overcard, which adds up to 8 outs combined I would give us ~4 modified outs AT BEST we face rio, we're not closing the action, this is a fold it's not close

fold. bad reverse implied odds on your ace outs and you don't know if it's being capped or whatever. if you want to cap to rep a set and the people are having a hard time judging the value of their hands, that sounds pretty counter-intuitive/bad, just toss your 4.6ish outter.

It's another vote for folding, but since you titled, "Fun w...", I'm guessing you capped. Where's the fun in a standard fold?
