Default NL400 - Nut flush draw

No stats on villains.
BTN seems TAG and UTG seems quite LAG

SB: $220.30
BB: $766.75
UTG: $213.70
UTG+1: $172.40
MP1: $1,053.90
MP2: $382.50
Hero (MP3): $413.30
CO: $596.90
BTN: $407.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (9 Players)
UTG raises to $12.00, 3 folds, Hero calls $12.00, CO folds, BTN calls $12.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($42) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG bets $42.00, Hero calls $42.00, BTN raises to $210.00, UTG folds, Hero???

I possibly could of 3bet this preflop however im not a big fan of 3betting an UTG raiser with AQ in MP.

On the flop I also could of raised however I decided to flat call and hope to drag BTN into flat calling to increase my implied odds.

If UTG had called the BTNs reraise I think its an obvious All in from me however now im not sure whether its a fold or an all in. I don't think callings an option being OOP.

Thoughts?

Your certainly not getting the odds to call here...

I'd guess that the btn called PF w/a pair of 5's and hit a set. He basically doesn't want to see a spade hit on the turn...

What site is this?

If this is FTP, or another site where they have an auto-pot button, I'm jamming here.

As played, fold. You don't have proper pot odds or implied odds. And you don't have any fold equity if you push, either.

So, fold.

I would have raised UTGs bet for sure. IMO you kinda [censored] up the hand right there.

But as played just shove and spin the wheel.
