Rookie Question

Hopefully no one gets too annoyed with me asking this.

I've never used graphs to track my poker playing, as long as my caysh keeps increasing, I'm happy. I want to start though...is there a site you just search your ID and get a graph, or do you have to get some pokertracker and run it while you play or something?
