Default $16: QQ on JJx flop

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP (t1540)
CO (t2795)
Hero (t1645)
SB (t3695)
BB (t2790)
UTG (t1035)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO calls t100, Hero raises to t350, 1 fold, BB calls t250, CO calls t250.

Flop: (t1100) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets t300, CO raises to t1000, Hero?

Both players are unknowns. I thought this was a pretty tough spot, because normally I don't like to give these guys any credit, but between the two of them a donkbet and a raise look pretty strong. Should I give one of them credit for a jack, or is my hand too good to fold?

The thing is, there are no draws around there so most of their range is pp (probably between 66 and TT) and a Jack.

As there are no draws, I don't see why CO raises if he has a Jack.

Also your stack is close to the pot so I don't think I can fold.
