Bizarre Stuff @ 10/20nl 75s

My image is pretty tag, not tight but not outa line. Most people at the table probably have me at 23/18/3. There's a 45 vpip valuestation in the blinds.

The game is 6 handed. Ive got 3k infront, the donk in blinds has 3k, and the lagtag that cold called me in MP has 1900ish.

I open 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] utg for $70, a lagtag (30/20/2, not a good player, lacks some fundamentals that even most 3/6nl tags have from what I've obvserved) calls in mp, its folded to the donk in the BB whom also calls.


FLOP: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] pot: $220
Donk checks, I bet $190, lagtag raises to $460, donk folds, I think for a couple moments and call.

TURN: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] pot: $1140
I check, he checks behind.

RIVER: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] pot: $1140
???????????????????????







What I ended up doing is checking instead of turning my hand into a bluff. He shoves for about $1370.

Because I enjoy fist pumping in unusual and uncomfortable places. You probably don't like preflop. That's fine. You probably don't like the flop call. Thats fine. Counting outs is a skill

Sounds like same could be said for you IMO. Not trying to be rude, but preflop is OK, yeah, but the flop is just a complete joke. If you called his river shove, I don't see how you could be playing 10/20 NL unless you're some rich maniac.

I'm not trying to be cocky or arrogant or hurtful. I'm here to help players as much as I can. I just don't see how you can call so many others donks and 'judge' other people as donks and fish when you're one yourself. Obviously that is why you're here at 2+2 to help out.

Now, for serious advice, you should be folding the flop. Preflop is a very bad play, but as done, you have to go with it. I see no reason to call that flop at all when he raises you. For the river, I would choose to check behind and hope he does too. He will probably turn over a weak ace, say AT and have you beat.
