No, but I'm doing a couple of projects (SETI and Einstein, which looks for gravity waves) for BOINC (Berkely Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) , which is another distributed computing network.

Do you ever notice any slowing of your computer response times for your normal use?

I used BOINC, and since it only runs as a screensaver, there's no noticable difference in computer response. The annoying thing about BOINC though, is that it has a small system tray icon that runs all the time. I hate clutter like that.

A big deciding factor for me is how cool the screensaver looks. Lots of graphs, cool looking numbers, and at least some form of representation of the data that's being crunched all make me more likely to use something like this.

I can't see the screenshots from worldcommunitygrid, but I'll maybe check it out. I like this sort of thing!

There used to be a 2+2 FoldingatHome group, but that was a long time ago. I'm sure someone is still running it and knows the group number.

I have something installed called Bionic Manager, which is supposed to do the World Community Grid, Seti, and god knows what other kinds of programs, but I'm not sure if it's still going or even working.
