Default Small multiway pot with second pair and flop checked through

Villians largely unknown to me. What's the best way to approach the turn, given that the pot is small?

PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks, Button checks.

I am interested to hear what other people do on the flop.

I will always check 3-ways. But 4-ways it seems that people dont bet very often when checked to. So I have started to just bet out, but dunno if its good.

Brass. Given it checked through I think you should just bet out on the turn. You will prolly take the pot right there and people dont bluff that much in 4-way pots.

flop is player dependent, but if these guys are really LP then I bet the flop a lot. They are pretty easy to play against, and I really don't want to c/r and give a free card to all the gutters, Kx, and Qx hands.

Obviously if they aren't LP or peel a ton there is nothing wrong with checking and leading out on good turn cards.

given the action I think betting the turn is totally standard.

I usually donk this flop. So many naughty ways to make a str8/flush I just can't help myself. I usually donk good flush draws, jt, and qt there too.

If I decided to check the flop then I would bet the turn.

Wow, I guess I'm really surprised you guys all donk this flop. I pretty much never ever do that, because against this many people, I assume that someone has an ace. I c/c to improve and then usually fold the turn. If you donk, and are raised, do you then fold the turn UI, assuming that you're up against only one opponent?

Pizzle, what's "LP"? I've been wondering about that. Is it "loose player"?

The turn was a minor source of debate with another 2+2er. He thought I should check the turn to catch bluffs, which didn't sound right to me. I bet/folded the turn.

Thing is, any heart, 7, 9, T, J, Q, or A are good turn cards for you. That's a lot of friggin cards. Generally, when I have a decent SD hand and am usually going to the river I like to put action in on the flop.

I don't think you are donking this flop, you are leading, and that's what I usually do in this spot.

betting is so ugly if you are getting raised, I would just c/c the turn and reavaluate the river
