I like the river. This is not thin at all. You are beaten by only AK/AA. I would bet this flop fwiw.

Carn,

Keep in mind that plenty of Villains with hands like JJ will see a bet on that flop as a non-A hand. Most players slowplay monster flops, and thus most expect their opponents to slowplay. Betting is a fine way to add deception.

2 A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the deck?

PLEASE BET FLOP. Any A is calling, and FD's might chase. Just bet it, please please please.

A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] my bad.

any A is calling the turn too. I really am done talking about the flop, playing bet, bet, bet poker is the reason most 2p2ers are easy to read.

christ. this is not wa/wb. this is wa. so get the money in. the chances of AK are remote, and if you don't go broke when he has AK you are doing something seriously wrong.

you should absolutely always bet this flop. you are not going to make much money if he doesn't have an A anyway. But if he does, he is going to be happy to get money in, so you need to start helping him out. wasting a street is just stupid.

Forget about trying to maximize value versus mid-PPs. He is as likely to call your CB on the flop as he is to call later on in the hand after the board gets uglier for him. And anyway, don't worry about snapping off 7 BBs against PPs when it costs you a chance to get 100 against a good A.

I really don't see how you can argue with this reasoning. I completely agree.

Quoted cause this is funny if you read it to yourself out loud.
